Canadian ISO & broker program
Canadian brokers: one desk for Canada and US files
Submit Canadian merchant cash advance files directly to the Workable Funding Desk. One submission, multiple credit boxes, commission set per file, and an answer the same business day.
Why Canadian brokers send files here
Canada and US on one desk
Send Canadian files and US files to the same underwriting desk, with the same criteria page, the same submission process and the same partner dashboard.
Points set per file
The buy rate is on every approval in writing, with a grid showing what you earn at each sell rate — a 1.38 buy rate sold at 1.50 is a 12-point spread. Nothing is held back and nothing is decided after the fact.
Your merchant stays yours
Broker and ISO identities are treated as confidential within the Workable funding process, and the merchant relationship stays with the submitting partner.
Answers, not silence
A complete file gets an answer the same business day — an offer, the exact items still needed, or a data-backed reason it does not work.

Canadian broker questions, answered
Can a Canadian ISO or broker submit deals to Workable Funding?
Yes. Canadian brokers can register and submit both Canadian and US files. Registration is free, and the partner desk verifies a new partner within one business day.
What does a Canadian broker earn on a funded file?
Commission is set per file. The buy rate is stated in writing on every approval and everything sold above it is commission, shown on a grid so the payout is clear before the merchant signs.
What does a Canadian submission need?
A signed one-page application and the three most recent months of complete business bank statements. Photo ID and a void cheque are collected only after the merchant accepts an offer.
How fast does a Canadian broker get an answer?
A complete file submitted during business hours is answered the same business day, usually within about 90 minutes, and funds normally land in 48 to 72 hours.
How are Canadian partners paid their commission?
By transfer 15 business days after the funding, on twice-monthly Thursday payout runs, the same schedule as every other partner.
How does Workable manage a Canadian broker file?
Files are submitted directly to Workable and managed through our funding desk. Transactions may be funded directly or through Workable's own capital relationships under our contract, depending on the program. The broker relationship stays with Workable and is treated as confidential within the funding process.
