To activate your account we also collect your EIN or Tax ID, the Social Security number of the signing owner, a copy of that person's REAL ID, a completed W-9, and your ACH bank details — these are submitted through the secure upload link in your welcome email, never on this page. Commission is released only once the signed agreement and these documents are on file.
