Privacy Policy

Workable Funding LLC ("we") collects the information you give us when you apply for funding or register as an ISO partner, such as business and contact details and the documents you upload. We use it to review your request, run your file and contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

What we collect: if you tick the optional text-message box, we record your mobile number, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the date, page, IP address and browser of that agreement.

How we use it: only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms — for partners, follow-up questions on submitted deals, document requests, status updates and occasional partner announcements; for merchants, application status and document requests only.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also email michael@workablefunding.com. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
