ISO partner questions
What is an MCA ISO partner program?
It's an agreement that lets an independent broker (ISO) submit merchant cash advance files and earn commission on funded deals. With Workable Funding, partners submit to one underwriting desk, and every file is managed there from submission to funding and commission payment.
How much do ISO partners earn?
Commission may be up to 12 points depending on the program and individual approval — for example, 12 points is $12,000 on a $100,000 funded deal. Your exact commission is confirmed in writing on every deal before the merchant signs.
How do I join?
Register free at workablefunding.com/iso-partners/register. The ISO Desk verifies new partners within one business day and sends the agreement, W-9 and onboarding pack. There is no signup, platform or monthly fee.
What does a submission need?
A signed one-page application and the three most recent months of complete business bank statements. Photo ID and a voided check are collected only after the merchant accepts an offer.
When are commissions paid?
Under the current schedule, eligible commission is paid by ACH after 15 business days on twice-monthly Thursday runs, subject to the signed partner agreement.
Can Canadian brokers join?
Yes. Canadian ISOs and brokers can register and submit both Canadian and US files through the same partner account.
Is my merchant relationship protected?
Yes. Broker and ISO identities are treated as confidential within the funding process, and broker files are communicated with the broker only.
