Submit better files, fund more deals

What we see working across our strongest partners — how to qualify a merchant, what makes a file fundable, and how to keep steady deal flow that actually closes.

The simple formula
Understand the merchant→Qualify the deal→Submit a complete file→Get better offers→Close more deals
01

Know your merchant

The strongest ISOs do not just collect documents. They have a real conversation and understand the business before anything is submitted.

  • What does the business actually do, and how does money come in?
  • What is the pain point — payroll, inventory, equipment, a gap in receivables?
  • How many positions are already open, and with whom?
  • What payment amount and frequency can they genuinely handle?
  • What funding amount solves the problem — not the biggest number they will say yes to?
02

Qualify before you submit

When a merchant fits our basic criteria and you know what they are looking for, the odds of a workable offer go up sharply.

  • 6+ months in business, $15K+ monthly revenue, 500+ FICO.
  • Consistent deposits month over month — not one big spike.
  • Average daily balance above $2,000 where possible.
  • Under 5 negative days a month, no stacked pile of small advances.
  • Real business revenue in the statements, not transfers, crypto or personal deposits.
03

Quality plus relationship equals stronger closings

If you understand the merchant well and we produce an offer close to what they actually need, you are in a far stronger position to close it.

  • Set expectations on amount, term and payment before the offer lands.
  • Tell us the target payment — we will underwrite toward it where we can.
  • Flag anything ugly up front; surprises at contract stage kill deals.
  • Stay on the phone with the merchant between offer and funding.
04

Volume works too

Not every broker works through deep merchant relationships. If your strategy is volume, win on basic qualification and complete files.

  • Same pack every time: signed application plus 3 months of bank statements.
  • Complete files get same-day looks; partial files sit.
  • Submit consistently — a steady weekly flow beats an occasional burst.
  • More qualified submissions simply create more offers and more fundings.
05

Send a complete file the first time

Most delays are not underwriting — they are missing paperwork. Every round trip costs you a day and some merchant momentum.

  • Signed one-page application.
  • Last 3 months of business bank statements as PDFs, not screenshots.
  • Month 4 or a ZBL only when we ask for it.
  • Photo ID and voided check come after the offer is accepted — never before.
